It's founder and President, Mr. Ross Bryans, has been active as a full time Realtor since 1982, beginning his career in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada at the age of 18. As an accomplished Realtor dealing in all facets of the trade, Mr. Bryans has found great success in the Florida market and has expanded his work force twice since 1995.

Central Park Realty Corporation has become well know for marketing condominiums and condominium conversions. Since 1995 it has converted and marketed over 1500 units and is poised for yet further expansion as it continues to convert rental apartments into condominiums.
